Cardon Payne sat for the NCEES Fundamentals of Surveying (FS) exam on June 23, 2017. Cardon passed the exam and applied for his Land Surveyor Intern (LSI) certificate through Idaho Board of Licensure of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. The Board accepted his application and exam results and provided Cardon with his LSI certification. Cardon has been with Dioptra since 2014, is a 2016 graduate of Idaho State University's Geomatics Technology program. Cardon is looking forward to taking and passing the Principles of Surveying Exam and becoming a licensed land surveyor in Idaho.
